After dealing with 3 previous companies who were unable to repair my gas fireplace i called Leo, he explained the fireplace diagnostic process over the phone in great detail and he sent Nate who was just a sweetheart. He was upfront and was able to find the issue and repair it for a fraction of the price that others tried to charge.
